Programme Overview
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing is a 2-year undergraduate degree programme designed to obtain an in-depth knowledge of advanced nursing level. Undergraduate nursing program at the post basic level is a broad based education within an academic framework, which builds upon the skills and competencies acquired at the diploma level. It is specifically directed to the upgrading of critical thinking skills,\ competencies & standards required for practice of professional nursing and midwifery.

- The Candidate must be an Indian National/Indian Citizen.
- Candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination from Maharashtra State Board of secondary examination
- Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination i.e. GNM Diploma examination from training school/college of nursing recognized by state nursing council and or Indian Nursing Council situated in the state of Maharashtra.
- As per the norms of Indian Nursing Council (INC),the candidate should be registered by as a Nurse and Midwife with Maharashtra Nursing Council, Also the said registration should be valid and have been renewed till March 2027.
- Overseas citizen of India(OCI) candidate will be eligible for 15 % Institutional quota.
- The candidate must be medically fit and must submit a certificate of medical fitness at the time of document verification.
- The candidate must be Domicile Of Maharashtra
